'Ware the Leaping Kakapo!

Parrot 0.1.0 has left the building, and is out on its way around the world, thanks to the tireless effort of the p6i folks. Snag it from http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/L/LT/LTOETSCH/parrot-0.1.0.tar.gz.

Lots of new stuff in there. Grab it, play with it, have at all the new stuff.

Oh, and we can play tetris now too, if you've got SDL installed.

Actually, Jens and I didn't get Tetris in there for this release -- I didn't check in his earlier example or his changes to the main SDL Parrot library.

$DAY_JOB eats up a lot of time sometimes.

Action games, eh? Perhaps it's time to dust off the Asteroids game I had working in PASM/Basic a while ago and get it fixed up.
