Gameboy Advance cartridges are 32MBits in size, but you can get 64 and 128MBit developer carts. That's 4, 8, and 16MBytes each. And there are GBA devtools for OS X. (I just found a 256MBit cartridge, which is 32MBytes of space)
Hmmm... a stripped parrot is only 1.5M...
