The VMS port of Perl makes its home at genetics.upenn.edu. When in active development, versions with VMS-specific features are made available separate from the mainline Perl development versions. The latest version is located at ftp://cor.newman.upenn.edu/perl5/, though there's only a version available when active VMS-specific development is going on.
When there is active development, the testkit is named perl5_ppp_yymmddx.zip, where "ppp" is the current Perl patchlevel, and "yymmddx" is a sequence number indicating the date that particular kit was assembled. There may be multiple test kits available. The latest one will always be named Perl5_vmstest.zip.
